Our technical support is limited to the infrastructure and platform itself, not the applications or software you choose to install and run on our services.
Money is not returned for a service after it has been paid for and received.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any of our services once the service has been activated and delivered to your account. This includes but is not limited to hosting services, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and DDoS protection services.
In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may issue a partial refund or service credit if we fail to deliver the service as specified or if there are severe technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved.
No complaint is accepted in any of our services from any person other than the owner of the service (i.e. registered in his name), whether they have an agreement or partnership, or even if the owner is in an account other than the account registered with it.
Security Notice: For security and privacy reasons, we verify the identity of anyone requesting support or making changes to an account. Only the registered owner of an account may submit support tickets, request changes, or make complaints regarding the service.
Technical support is only within the Discord server or through the website.
Our support team is available to assist with technical issues related to our infrastructure and services. We strive to provide timely and helpful support through our official channels only.
It is used when it is a big problem that is difficult to solve, explain, or define using writing, so we use this option according to the status of the supervisors.
Voice support is provided at our discretion for complex issues that cannot be effectively resolved through text-based support channels.

If there is no response or response during working hours, the supervisor has the right to close it.
In the event that the problem is resolved, that is, the problem has been worked on, then the ticket remains open during a period of time between 15 hours and more, and it is not closed during the period unless it has a specific reason.
Auto-Close Policy: All tickets will be automatically closed after 72 hours of inactivity. If your issue persists, please open a new ticket.
